With this new system sending out cards works great especially when you are in a rush. It took me less than 5 minutes to send out a birthday card to my niece. I had to get it there in three days because I forgot her birthday. You know work… work… work. I created one using a picture of her at her previous birthday party. She had cake all over her face. It was funny.

I also included a Dillard’s gift card for $50.00 for her. She had earlier mentioned about some pretty jeans that she had saw in the mall. I figured it had to be at Dillard’s because it is her favorite store.

That was quite easy for me to do because of that card system I bought. It is a contact manager to so I already had all the mailing info in there. I just uploaded the picture and add a gift card and click send. That is the best way to send out cards. Sending cards cannot get easier than that. Forget E-cards online they are pretty cool but there is nothing better than receiving an actual paper greeting card. They cannot replace that feeling.

These cards are also similar to E-cards in the coolness since you create every aspect of it on the computer. It only misses the audio and video feature of E-cards. But to me it is better since you can customize it to contain your own handwriting. This is so cool typing on the computer only to see the text coming out in what looks like your own handwriting. The recipient will be happy to when they see a card that is handwritten (or appears to be).

Another cool thing is that the post cards are sent out with an actual stick on stamp, which gives it an even more realistic look of a hand written card. What is even more amazing is that all this cost less than the cards at the store.

Send out cards came in handy again on father’s day I got an old picture of me and my dad and sent it to him telling him thanks for being there for me. It brought back a lot of good memories but what was more fascinating was the quality of the picture on the glossy print. It must have been very impressive because my dad called me just to tell me about it. He asked, ”How did you get that picture to look so good on the card?”. I replied Happy fathers day Dad” He laughed and said "happy fathers day to you too son." “I was just surprised for the card with the picture looking so good on it,” he said. That defeats the purpose to send out cards in the first place. Unless it was an intentional gesture, you know, some people may do that.

With the computer system you can preview your cards as many times as you want until you are sure it is exactly what you want to say and see. You also do not have to pay for it until you send it so you are not wasting money on a spoiled card.

I love this system. I will always use it to send out cards free to family and friends. It can be incorporated into a business as a means to thank customers for their patronage. It can be used by offices to remind people of follow-ups visits or to encourage referrals. This is really an awesome system.

Now if you are wondering why I refer to this topic as send out cards free it is because it is free once you own the business. Every time you send out cards it pays you a commission. When worked properly you will make a significant income which will more than cover the cost of the cards that you sent.
