Make Great Customer Service a Key Part of your Network Marketing Business.

Since network marketing business is no different from any other business then it is only natural that customer service will play an important role in whether you succeed or not. People spend money where they are treated right. Your good customers are the ones that return repeatedly. In order to get that repeat business you must have great customer service skills.

Being polite to your customers is just a small part of customer appreciation. You have to show interest in their needs and listen to their complaints. People are always going to complain about something. The truth is the ones that do complain are your best customers. It is hard to believe that but it is true. The customer that tells you your service sucks are the ones you should admire, cherish, and try to keep coming back.

When someone gives a comment about your service it simply means that he or she cares.

Although the method they relay the message may not show it but the bottom line is that they want to help you improve your service. Whenever you get a complaint, you have to act up on it and if possible inform that customer that you have addressed that situation and that it will not happen again. It is not about right or wrong. That customer could have said nothing and just never do business with you again. You would then continue doing that same thing and unknowingly push away a lot more customers. Thanks to that customer’s comment you can now address the issue. Now you can prevent other non-communicating customers from leaving your business never to return.

In network marketing business especially on the Internet, people tend to hide behind their websites. They do not try to interact with their prospect. Business is performed in a less personal manner. Although that may seem true, it really is not. Business online is very personal.

Every website of any business you see out there has a customer contact page. This is where customer service starts. To me that is the most important page for the business owner. That is where you get information on how to improve your service to get more business. In this case, your best customers are the ones that fill out your contact form and leave a comment whether positive or negative.

Every time I check my website I look forward to the emails from my contact page. This is how I measure my success. The more messages I receive the better I feel. Although I have auto responders set up for each form I try to reply to everyone comment personally. A returned email or phone call can have a big impact on your network marketing business future. It may seem like lot of work but as you do it, you see a trend developing that you can use to improve up on. Your work soon becomes routine and hence easier. For example, you can use the most common question or comment as a tool and make the answer part of your auto responder. The complaints, fix them so that they do not come back again. The more complaints you fix the less you will get in the future. Eventually you start to run on autopilot, your work becomes easier.

There are so many valuable information that you can obtain by listening to your customers. It is no surprise that most companies make customer service surveys a routine part of their business. The surveys are intended to show you that they care about you but the underlined reason is to improve their business to increase customer retention. This should be no different for a network marketing business.

Great customer service yields repeat business. Practice that in your network marketing business and you will be successful.
