I believe the returns vary by the type of business but every success story comes with prior hard work. All the successful people in the business or any other business for that matter had to have put in some honest generous effort and commitment before they get to that point of being successful. Those who didn't normally had their success handed to them by somebody else who did. We know what happen to those people, they can't hold on to that success and wealth. They did not work hard for it, they do not know the value so they waste it and eventually loose it
